Orlando, Florida is popular for its vibrant and diverse metropolitan amenities, and its central location convenient to all the beaches, theme parks, attractions, and fun the Sunshine State has to offer. But have you seen any of the famous restaurants in Orlando? You may be surprised at the incredible level of cuisine this trendy Florida city has to offer.

Emeril’s Restaurant in Orlando

Master chef Emeril Lagasse, famous for his fine cuisine and his popular television cooking shows, offers you the best from his kitchen in his splendid Orlando restaurant. Much of Emeril’s fare consists of classic recipes straight form New Orleans.

Emeril’s offers lunch, dinner, and happy hour menus. The Big Easy Lunch Crunch starts at $18.50 for a three-course meal. Dinner ranges from about $25 to $45 and includes a host of beef, fish, and poultry dishes. The "Happy-Happy Hour" menu brings a range of wines and cocktails for $5 and a slew of munchies for $3 to $8 each.

Emeril’s Restaurant is located at 6000 Universal Boulevard #702 near the Universal Studios theme park. Reservations are suggested, but walk-in diners are welcome.

Wolfgang Puck Grand Café in Orlando

The world-famous culinary expert Wolfgang Puck brings the ultimate in casual dining at his Grand Café near Orlando. Choose from an array of soups, fish, salads, pizza, and sandwiches in a setting designed to appeal to the whole family. Making this particular Wolfgang Puck restaurant location all the more appealing to families is its superb convenience to Walt Disney World, EPCOT, and the many other famous Disney theme parks and attractions.

Wolfgang Puck’s Grand Café is located at 1482 East Buena Vista Drive in Buena Vista. While the restaurant offers call-ahead seating for the Grand Café, reservations are not required.

Black Angus Steakhouse

If steak is more your type of food, then you’ve got to check out the Black Angus Steakhouse in Orlando. The Black Angus Steakhouse brings the tastiest, best steaks together with delectable side dishes and incredible appetizers. And if steak isn’t quite your fare, Black Angus Steakhouse also offers ribs, seafood, pizza, and sandwiches. Dinners start at around $17 and go up to $35. Be sure you check out the wine list as well.

There are two Black Angus Steakhouse locations in the Orlando region. The Kissimmee location is convenient to the Disney World attractions; that address is 7516 W. Irlo Bronson Highway. The Orlando location is situated near Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and the many other metropolitan Orlando attraction; you'll find the Orlando Black Angus Steakhouse at 12399 State Road 535.

NBA City in Orlando

Immerse yourself in the energetic world that is the NBA, otherwise known as the National Basketball Association. Pasta, salad, pizza, sandwiches, desserts, steaks, jambalaya, ribs, chicken, and other favorites are all enjoyed in an upscale and contemporary setting.

NBA City Orlando is located at 6068 Universal Boulevard, near Universal Studios, and offers a nothing-but-net dining experience.

Bubba Gump Shrimp at Universal Orlando

If you’ve got a hankering for a meal right from the bayous and byways of Louisiana, then set your sights on Bubba Gump Shrimp in Orlando. The menu brims with hearty classics like steak, pork, grilled BBQ favorites, beef, and – of course – shrimp. Bubba Gump Shrimp is peppered with references from the now-classic Tom Hanks movie and best-selling Winston Groom novel titled Forrest Gump.
