While you do not need to overtax your energy, incorporating some exercise into your daily schedule will help build up your strength.

As adrenal fatigue is often most noticeable in how tired and run down one feels, getting as much sleep and rest as you possibly can help. When you are suffering from adrenal fatigue symptoms, this is not the time to take on extra work hours or an active social life.
